Pickleball tournament brackets and round robin schedules
Most pickleball events are one court session with a fixed number of players, so the format question is really "how many games does everyone get". Here is how the common formats fit.

Round robin for pickleball
A round robin is the most common social format because nobody sits out for long. For a 6 team round robin there are 15 games in 5 rounds, so with 3 courts each round fits in one slot. Rank teams by wins, then head to head, then point differential.
Rotating partners (King or Queen of the Court style)
For open play where people sign up solo, a rotating partner schedule has everyone playing 2 v 2 with a new partner each game and ranks players individually. Use the King of the Beach schedule sheets, which work for pickleball doubles as well as beach volleyball. Groups of 4 and 5 are the cleanest.
