Questions admins ask
Do players, parents or students need an account?
No. There is no sign-up anywhere in ScoreKeepers. A board is a temporary random share code, spectators watch from a link, and the app stores no names, emails or personal data. See the privacy policy.
Can it run on the school's laptops or Chromebooks?
Yes. Open sviewstudios.com/scorekeepers/app in Chrome, Edge or Safari. It installs as a web app and works with the same share links as the iPhone and iPad app.
What if the gym has no Wi-Fi?
The app keeps working as a single-device scoreboard with no connection. Live sharing resumes as soon as a phone has signal; the board is cached so it opens instantly.
Does it show on the gym TV?
Yes. Mirror an iPad or use a laptop on the TV with the TV view, or put up to six courts on one screen with multi-court view. Add ?overlay=1 to a board link for an OBS-ready score strip on a stream.
Which languages does the bench get?
22 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic with right-to-left layout, and native numerals for Arabic, Hindi and Thai. Each phone shows the app in its own language.
We already bought it for 100 devices. Where do we start?
Assign the app through your MDM, open it on one device, pick your sport and share the link. If you want club branding and a permanent club code on every device, send us a note and we will set Pro up for your organization.
