ClockKeepers vs Seconds Pro

Same one-time price as Seconds Pro. The difference is the TV.

Seconds Pro is the category leader and a very good interval timer, with a deeper builder, an Apple Watch app and own-music support. ClockKeepers costs the same and is not trying to beat it on depth. It does one thing Seconds does not list: your phone runs the timer and any browser TV shows it live.

Who each one suits

Seconds Pro

A good fit if you want the deepest personal interval builder, a standalone Apple Watch app, your own music per interval with ducking, Apple Health and heart-rate estimates, and you do not need a shared screen. It is $7.99 once.

ClockKeepers

A good fit if the clock needs to be on a TV or on every phone in the room, you want to start from a preset in two taps, and you also want a free tier you can keep. It has no Apple Watch app and no own-music mode.

Last checked October 20, 2026. Seconds Pro details are from its App Store listing and third-party trackers in October 2026. Its companion web site, intervaltimer.com, rate-limited our check, so we have not verified whether it offers live sharing; its listing does not mention it. Prices vary by region and change; check each store for the current figures. A feature we mark as not listed may still exist. ClockKeepers details are from our own listing.

The honest price picture

Both are $7.99 once with no subscription, so price is not the deciding factor. Seconds Pro includes its Apple Watch app and music features in that price. ClockKeepers gives you a free tier first (one timer, three saved presets, five viewers) and the live shared display in every tier.

Questions people ask

Is ClockKeepers a Seconds Pro alternative?

For one job, yes: running intervals. If you want a deeper builder, an Apple Watch app or your own music, Seconds Pro is stronger. If you want the clock on a TV or on every phone in the room, ClockKeepers does that and Seconds does not list it.

Do both have a one-time price?

Yes. ClockKeepers Pro is $7.99 once; Seconds Pro is $7.99 once on its US listing. Neither is a subscription.

Does Seconds Pro work on a gym TV?

Its listing does not mention TV output or sharing. You could screen-mirror a phone with your own hardware; we have not tested it.
