Use Pro on the web with a pass code

Turn your iPhone or iPad Pro purchase into a pass code that unlocks Pro on the Trident website, in up to 3 browsers.

Open in Trident

1. On your iPhone or iPad, with Pro active, open Settings and find "Use Pro on the web" under Trident Pro. Tap Get code.
2. Your pass code appears (it looks like IPHONE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Tap Copy code, or tap Share link to send it to yourself.
3. In the web browser, open the Trident Pro screen (or Settings) and tap "Have an iPhone pass code or a license key?".
4. Paste the code into the "Pass code or license key" box and tap Unlock.
5. Settings now says "Pro is unlocked in this browser" with part of the code. To free up a spot, tap "Remove from this browser".

Tips

• One code works in up to 3 browsers. If you see "That code is already active in 3 browsers", remove it from one of them first.
• If you bought Pro on the web instead, paste the license key from the email in the same box.
• If the pass cannot be created, the message tells you why: refunded or revoked purchase, no connection, or the service is busy.
