A fellowship meal runs on predictable numbers. For about 60 people, aim for five mains, eight sides, four salads, six desserts, bread, drinks, and two shifts each for setup and cleanup. Ask families to put how many people their dish serves in the note, so you can see at a glance whether the table adds up.

Members range from teenagers to grandparents, so give people two ways in. Share the link by text and email, and use the print view for the bulletin board or the welcome table, where someone can add a name next to a line and you can enter it later. Nobody has to make an account or remember a password, which matters for the people who would otherwise call the office. Ask about allergies in one custom question, and add a line for a dish with no nuts or gluten. Close the list the Thursday before a Sunday meal, and send one reminder so the casseroles actually appear.

Quick answers

Can I print the sheet for the bulletin board?

Yes. Every sheet has a clean print view and a QR code that opens the live sheet, so a paper copy and the online list stay in sync.

Do older members need to register anywhere?

No. They open the link and type a name. Someone who would rather not use a phone can read the printout and tell you what they plan to bring.
