Classroom party sign-up sheet for snacks, drinks and supplies

Parents claim a snack, a drink or a craft supply. You see what is missing before the bell, with no ads in sight.

Free. No ads, no account, one link to share.

Plan the party in a few lines

Start with the headcount: students plus two or three helpers, then add a little for seconds. A class of 24 usually needs two snack items, one fruit or vegetable tray, drinks, and a pack of plates, cups and napkins. Ask for supplies and helpers on the same sheet, since the person who cannot bake can often bring juice boxes or stay to clean.

Check your school's food policy before you post: many classrooms are nut-free, some allow store-bought snacks only, and some ask for sealed packaging. Put that rule in the description so parents see it before they sign up. Add a custom question for allergies and a note that the sheet is for parents, not students. If you would rather not show names on a link shared in a class group, switch on the organizer-only roster so parents see what is taken and you see who is bringing it. Send the link about ten days ahead, and the reminder the day before.

Quick answers

Is it safe to share in a class group?

Potlucky asks only for a name, shows no ads, and can hide names from the public page. Parents sign up, not children. Our privacy page explains the details.

Can I ask about allergies?

Yes. Custom questions are free, and the template starts with one that asks about allergies or dietary notes.
