Export your lists or table as a CSV file
Save your list data, or the table currently on screen, as a CSV file for a spreadsheet, or copy it as CSV text.
- Tap the Share button on the top edge of the calculator screen and choose "Export data…". It appears on models that have lists, and whenever a table is on screen.
- If a table is showing (for example from the table of values), you will see "Table on screen". Tap "Save table as CSV" to save it.
- Under Lists, tick the lists you want. Lists that have numbers in them are ticked for you, and each shows how many values it holds.
- Tap Save CSV to download a file (on an iPhone or iPad the share sheet opens), or Copy CSV to put the text on the clipboard so you can paste it into a spreadsheet.
Tips
- If it says "No data to export yet", the lists you chose are empty. Enter or import some numbers first.
- A CSV file opens in any spreadsheet program, and you can bring it back later with Import data.
