Shuffle Club

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Shuffle Club is a card and tile game collection. This policy is short because there is not much to say: we do not collect your data, and we run no servers that could receive it.

The short version

What the app accesses

Shuffle Club asks for one permission: Local Network access. It lets the app find and talk to other devices at your table running Shuffle Club. Nearby play sends game moves directly between the devices on your local network. They do not pass through our servers, because we have none.

Playing with faraway friends

Remote play uses Apple's SharePlay during a FaceTime call. Game data travels between the people on that call through Apple's service, not ours. Apple's own privacy policy covers what Apple does with it. We do not receive it.

Purchases

The Table Pass is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells us nothing about you beyond what it reports to every developer, such as overall sales.

What is stored, and where

Your settings and game progress are stored on your device only. If you delete Shuffle Club from your device, that data is deleted with it.

What we do not do

Support contact form

If you write to us through the form on our Support page, that message, and the email address you give if you give one, is collected by Netlify Forms and sent to us only so we can reply. It is not used for anything else.

Children's privacy

Shuffle Club collects no personal information from anyone, including children, so there is nothing further to disclose.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at this address.
