Create your first program with NEW

Make a program called HELLO that shows a message, then run it from the EXEC tab.

The quickest way to learn the program editor is a one-line program. HELLO uses Disp to show the text HI on the home screen.

Text in a program goes between quote marks. The quote mark is the ALPHA layer of the + key, and A-LOCK (2nd, ALPHA) keeps letters on while you type a word.
