Listen to a graph and use the graph canvas with a keyboard
Hear a curve as a rising and falling tone, get a written description of the graph, and pan, zoom and trace with keys.
- Select a y = line, then tap the speaker button on the graph. The curve plays from left to right: a higher pitch means higher on the graph, and a click marks each crossing of the x-axis.
- Tap the description button (under the speaker) to show a written description of every line: its shape, intercepts, highs and lows.
- With a keyboard, Tab to the graph. Arrow keys move the view, + and − zoom.
- Select a line in the list, then press Enter on the graph to trace it. Left and right arrows walk along the curve (Shift for bigger steps), and the coordinates are announced.
- While tracing, Page Down and Page Up (or N and Shift+N) jump between points of interest. Escape stops tracing.
- In the list, Enter adds a line, the up and down arrows move between lines, and Backspace on an empty line removes it.
