Change skins, dark mode and display options
Pick a calculator skin, choose light or dark appearance, and switch display options like pixel-accurate graphs.
- Open Settings (the gear in the top bar).
- Under Skin tap a tile: Graphite, Chalk and High Contrast are free. Ocean, Sunset and Mint are premium and are marked PRO.
- Under App appearance choose System (follows your device), Light or Dark.
- Under Display you will find switches: "Pixel-accurate graphs" draws graphs at the calculator's own resolution; "Show RPN stack" shows the T, Z, Y and X registers on RPN displays; "History side panel" keeps History beside the calculator on wide screens; and on iPhone and iPad "Haptic key feedback" gives a tap feel when you press a key.
- You can also toggle pixel graphs and the RPN stack with the small buttons on the top edge of the calculator screen. They only appear when they apply to the current screen.
- To change how the keys are laid out on a big screen (Device or Spread), use Layout in Settings. See the layout guide.
Tips
- High Contrast is the best skin if the screen is hard to read.
