Powers and exponents
Square a number or raise it to any power such as 2 to the 10th.
A power says how many times to multiply a number by itself. 2 to the power 10 means ten 2s multiplied together: 1024.
Squaring has its own key. For any other power, use the power key, usually marked ^ or y to the x.
