Save the screen or a graph as a PNG picture
Save what the calculator screen shows (or the graph you drew) as a picture file you can add to homework or slides.
- Get the screen looking the way you want, for example a finished graph.
- Tap the Share button on the top edge of the calculator screen ("Share and transfer"), or press and hold the screen (right-click with a mouse).
- Choose "Save screen as PNG". When a graph is showing, the same item reads "Save graph as PNG".
- On a computer the file downloads with a name like "Classic-Graphing-84-graph.png". On an iPhone or iPad the share sheet opens, so you can save to Photos or Files, or send it to another app.
Tips
- The picture uses the calculator screen colors of your current skin. Try the Chalk skin for homework that will be printed.
- If you only want to paste the picture straight into a document, choose Copy as, then Image instead of saving a file.
